General Secretary Addresses Interfaith Partnership on Poverty, Care for Creation, and Peace

The General Secretary of The Canadian Council of Churches, The Rev Dr. Karen Hamilton, has written to the members of the Interfaith Partnership on pressing election issues. She urges the body, comprised of faith leaders, to remember their collective responsibility to our communities, and the welfare of all Canadian people. Specifically, she writes, that faith leaders pray for those who offer themselves for public office that they may hear and respond to real issues on the hearts and minds of all Canadians.
